  • For over 28 years the Tauber Institute has been on the leading edge of global operations education.  The Institute has pioneered operations education using highly innovative techniques including experiential learning, multi-disciplinary interactions, cross functional learning, and management & performance modules in preparation for leadership careers in operations.
  • We’ll delve into the ever changing nature of operations, from manufacturing, to all forms of operations leadership challenges including, healthcare, supply chain and logistics, environmental sustainability, big data and analytics, digital transformation, operations strategy, and Lean/Six Sigma
  • This presentation will describe the unique nature of the Tauber Institute program and describe the lessons learned as the Institute has continued to innovate to address the skills needed to be successful in operations leadership today and tomorrow.  We’ll discuss the unique role industry collaboration has played in the Institute's work
  • Finally we will discuss the implications of these lessons learned, and how they may be applied as industry looks at developing the next generation of operations leaders
